I have nothing but high praise for At Home Realty. Dave and Kim's company is pretty new but my wife and I have worked with them for a long time. They were our property managers when we rented our house and served as our realtors for the sale of our home. We are a military family who have not been stationed in Florida since 2010 so having them to manage the property when we were renting was a blessing. They were always very responsive to us and our renters, always timely with rent and paperwork, and easy to get a hold of despite being stationed across the country. Their electronic portal is great especially for military as everything can be done over the web. When it came to selling the home, Dave and Kim, were on top of it: helping to get it ready to list, getting it shown, and ultimately sold in a timely manner at a good price.
